&nbspDC191 is a low viscosity and high solid containing DCPD modified unsaturated resin, resin viscosity is moderate. Suitable for the main application in all kinds of granite, marble, artificial stone and other stone bottom net bonding.

四、 Use And Attention 

• Before use, the bottom materialmust be kept dry and the surface is clean.
• The best construction temperature of resin is about 18℃ -32℃.
• DB-818Ais a cobalt-free product, so blue water should be added according to the actual construction situation.
• The humidity is lower than 80%, which helps to produce high quality products. When the construction environment humidity is too high, the proportion of blue water and white water should be added appropriately increased.
• In order to prevent excessive styrene volatilization and resin excessive water absorption,impact on the quality of the resin,the general recommendation based on the production of use, ready-made.
• The addition of inert diluent is prohibited. It is generally recommended to add styrene as a diluent, and the amount of addition is controlled in a reasonable range.

五、Packaging And Storage

DC191 is packaged with a net weight of 220 KG metal barrels or 1100 KG ton barrels. The resin is stored in the original packaging bucket without direct sunlight and the temperature is not higher than 70 F / 21℃ for three months from the date of delivery. Increasing the temperature will shorten the storage period accordingly, and the viscosity of the resin may also change. Storage should be placed in a cool and ventilated place, this product is flammable, should avoid direct sunlight and away from heat source and open flame.
