一、Product Presentation

Debang-808A is a low viscosity and high solid modified unsaturated resin. By reducing the viscosity and changing the resin polarity, it greatly improves the permeability effect of resin and natural stone, improves the bonding strength of resin and stone, and reduces the unqualified rate of natural stone products.

二、Prouduct Characteristics

• Before use, the bottom materialmust be kept dry and the surface is clean.
• The best construction temperature of resin is about 18℃ -32℃.
• DB-808A is the accelerant product , the blue water can be added according to the actual situation of construction.
• The humidity is lower than 80%, which helps to produce high quality products. When the construction environment humidity is too high, the proportion of blue water and white water should be added appropriately increased.
• In order to prevent excessive styrene volatilization and resin excessive water absorption,impact on the quality of the resin,the general recommendation based on the production of use, ready-made.
• The addition of inert diluent is prohibited. It is generally recommended to add styrene as a diluent, and the amount of addition is controlled in a reasonable range.

五、Packaging And Storage

DB-808 unsaturated polyester resin for metal barrel packaging, the specification of 220kg / barrel. Storage conditions, in a ventilated and cool place, keep out of the light ,25℃ storage period for one month. The temperature increase will shorten the storage period accordingly, and the viscosity of the resin may also change. The storage should be placed in a cool and ventilated place. This product is a flammable product, should avoiding direct sunlight and away from heat source and open flame.

Cobalt water and methyl acetonone are flammable and explosive chemicals, and are stored separately when used. Should avoid direct sunlight and stay away from heat source and open fire. If the skin is stained with cobalt water or methyl ethylketone, rinse immediately with a lot of water and seek medical attention if necessary.
