一、Product Presentation
Debang 898 is an upgraded ultra-low viscosity natural stone repair resin based on 808A. The product has ultra-low viscosity, high solid content, stronger permeability, higher bonding force, and more ideal repair effects. It is suitable for repairing stones with more hidden cracks and deeper cracks, such as Herm è s ash, flash ash, and millet ash.

五、 Use And Attention
- Before use, the substrate must be kept dry and the surface clean.
- Due to the stronger penetration effect of this product on marble, it is recommended to conduct necessary applicability tests before mass use for stones that are prone to "watermarks".
- The optimal construction temperature for resin is around 18 ℃ -32 ℃.
- DB-898 is a pre promotion product, and blue water can be added according to the actual situation on the construction site.
- If the humidity is below 80%, it helps to produce high-quality products. When the humidity in the construction environment is too high, the proportion of blue water and white water should be appropriately increased.
- To prevent excessive volatilization of styrene in the resin and excessive absorption of water by the resin, which can affect the quality of the resin, it is generally recommended to prepare and use it according to the production amount.
- It is prohibited to add inert diluents. It is generally recommended to add styrene as a diluent, and the amount should be controlled within a reasonable range.
六：Packaging and storage
DB-898 unsaturated polyester resin is packaged in metal drums, with a specification of 220kg/drum. Storage conditions: Store in a well ventilated, cool, and dark place for one month at 25 ℃. An increase in temperature will correspondingly shorten the storage period, and the viscosity of the resin may also change. When storing, it should be placed in a cool and ventilated place. This product is flammable and should be avoided from direct sunlight and kept away from heat sources and open flames.
Cobalt water and methyl ethyl ketone are flammable and explosive chemicals, which should be stored separately during use. They should be avoided from direct sunlight and kept away from heat sources and open flames.
